Hey there! I’m Bianca – the face behind Glowing & Refreshed Aesthetics here in Ammanford. I’m 33 (okay, nearly 34...time really needs to slow down! 🥺), and a proud mum to my incredible little tribe of four – two sons and two daughters who keep me on my toes and my heart full.

I’m absolutely obsessed with all things aesthetics! I offer a range of treatments designed to help you feel confident and beautiful in your own skin. From advanced dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle treatments to skin boosters, lush lashes, glowing facials, and even nail services thanks to my talented in-house nail technician – we've got you covered from head to toe.

My absolute favourite treatments? Anti-Wrinkle Injections and Skin Boosters – I’m in love with the results they deliver 😍. There’s just something magical about seeing a client’s confidence soar after a session.

When I’m not helping my clients feel their best, you’ll probably find me indulging my inner foodie at a local restaurant, sweating it out at the gym, or letting loose on the dance floor 💃. But let’s be honest – I could definitely live without hangovers and bullies...no thanks! 🤣

Oh, and if you’re a cat lover – same! Cats are definitely my spirit animal.
